This photograph of the Space Needle was made early in the morning as the city was just beginning to wake up. Low clouds softened the sunrise, allowing the ambient light to wrap around the structure and heighten its presence against the sky. The result is a quieter, more dramatic view of one of Seattle’s most familiar landmarks.
