ReInventing Series // Introduction
Posted in TEDxPennQuarter by Marco Puccia with No Comments
This past weekend I had the pleasure to attend my very first TEDx event: TEDxPennQuarter. If you’re not familiar with TED, you’re missing out on a HUGE repository of innovation! The theme of TEDxPennQuarter was “Reinvention” — a theme that spans many areas ranging from “Reinventing the Self” to “Reinventing the Cocktail”.
Reflecting on the day’s speakers and their remarks, a few really key points and lessons can be distilled. Over the next couple of days, I’ll be publishing these lessons in what I’m calling the “ReInventing Series”. I hope that you find these lessons valuable in your own experiences, and that you enjoy the posts! For today, ponder this:
“Reinvention” is not a process of individual genius, but rather of the ability to inspire a movement. Successful “Reinvention” requires the acceptance and support of many individuals.
Stay tuned for more insightful lessons from TEDxPennQuarter!
