India Journal: Employership vs Entrepreneurship [WSJ] – Lindsay Clinton, chief editor of Beyond Profit magazine, recently had an article published in the Wall Street Journal! Congrats, Lindsay! It’s a good read on India’s dire need for entrepreneurship to create jobs that can absorb (and take advantage of) the influx of a massive labor force. An interesting point coming out of the article is the need for social entrepreneurs to think about “employership” — an element to their work that may be too often overlooked while attempting to solve great social challenges!
